We are a 100% Mexican company founded in 1996, devoted to crafting and bringing to market 100% agave Tequila, Tequila Cream and Artisanal Mezcal — working every day to create memorable experiences through our emblematic spirits, and carrying the legacy of our culture across Mexico and far beyond its borders.

Four friends with a passion for tequila. One wild idea. Three bottles — Blanco, Reposado and Añejo. The legend starts in Jalisco.
Mexico's first premium Tequila Cream — born in 1999. Pioneers? Yes, gladly.
New millennium, tougher market. We didn't blink — we raised our game. Every obstacle became a chapter of the story.
The major chains came knocking. We opened the door. Casa 1921 reached shelves all across Mexico — and beyond.
Dufry takes us to Cancún Airport. We reach the top 3 in spirits. The Mayan Riviera? Officially our territory.
We founded our own US importer, Casa 1921 LLC. Contracts are signed with SWS and Republic. We achieved more than 500% growth in the next 3 years.
Azul Maya and Rosa Mexicano join the family. Two bottles everybody was talking about.
We open our marketing and distribution center in the heart of the Mayan Riviera. Somebody had to do it.
The LCBO opens the door north of the border. 1921 goes Canadian — and they love it.
What worked in the Mayan Riviera, we did again in Los Cabos. Spoiler: it worked again.

Maria Bonita Mezcal enters the US market, quickly earning recognition and winning three Double Gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition –Platinum Medal–.
